YOU CAN'T RETURN IT.
I purchased this thinking I could use it with HotSpot WiFi I purchased also from Walmart but I had to have a ATT. I could not return it because of Walmart policies it was allowed. No one told me when I purchased it that it was not returnable. BEWARE!!!
